About the Role:As an Oncology Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner, you'll be a key player on our interdisciplinary team, managing and supporting patients in clinical trials—especially in bone marrow transplant studies.What You'll Do: Work 4x10-hour shifts—no weekends Assess, diagnose, and manage oncology patients throughout the research process Prescribe treatments (pharmacological and non-pharmacological) in collaboration Ensure compliance with federal regulations, GCP, and IRB policies Act as a liaison between investigators, departments, and external agencies Attend sponsor/study team meetings and continuing education Qualifications:• NJ APN license (or willingness to obtain)• Oncology NP experience preferably in BMT and/or MM• Will consider strong Oncology RNs transitioning into an NP role Why Join Us?
