We're Growing in Northern Kentucky Service Area $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUSSt. Elizabeth Home Care is committed to delivering expert clinical services and building meaningful relationships with those we serve.As a Registered Nurse with St. Elizabeth Home Care, you'll be at the heart of patient care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and experiencing the ideal work-life balance with our home health nursing position—no after-hours on-call requirementsResponsibilitiesDeliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.Provide education and support to patients and their families.Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).Required SkillsStrong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.CPR/BLS certification.Valid driver's license.Preferred SkillsExperience in home health care.Pay range and compensation package$32.98 - $47.82Competitive annual bonus structure to reward commitment and performance.Equal Opportunity StatementAt CommonSpirit Health at Home, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
