We would like to meet someone who: is internally driven to create peak guest experiences can find, motivate, and maintain a team of committed professionals does the right thing when no one is watching possesses a hunger for classic bistro cuisine and a thirst for French wine and cocktails has the confidence to teach, and the humility to learn is psychologically and physically prepared for the challenge and exhilaration of working in a restaurant gets it. Qualifications for this position include and are not limited to the following: High school diploma/GED required. Multiple years of service experience in fine dining or casual fine dining. Proficiency with Point-of-Sale software. Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment. Capable of multitasking under extreme pressure. Ability to work on feet for ten hours a shift. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds at a time. Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead onto high shelves. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Supplemental pay Bonus pay Benefits Paid time off
