Job Title: Welder & FabricatorJob DescriptionAs a Welder & Fabricator, you will read and interpret blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembly tasks. You will be responsible for welding .045 Flux Core.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints for various projects.Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling of custom products.Weld using .045 Flux Core and other techniques as required.Ensure the quality and precision of welds and fabrications.Essential SkillsProficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.Experience in Mig, Tig, and structural welding.Expertise in flux core welding and the ability to work with stainless steel, aluminum, and structural materials.5-6 years of welding experience preferred, but candidates with less experience may be considered.2-3 years of experience in Flux Core/mig welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with fitting and fabricating intricate pieces.Strong attention to detail and quality in welding and fabrication tasks.Why Work Here?Enjoy a generous benefits package that includes 2 weeks of PTO, 2 paid sick days, and a 401K plan with a 3% match up to 6%.
