ABOUT THE ROLE A Specialty Sales Consultant is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong operational excellence and captivating visual merchandising that inspires self-discovery. You'll assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms while ensuring the merchandise is well-presented and easily accessible. Being a Specialty Sales Consultant will equip you with valuable skills and experiences: Expertise in guest service and fostering a culture centered around guest satisfaction. Understanding retail operations, sales trends, and inventory management. Awareness of current industry trends, including seasonal styles and brand differentiation. Ability to organize and present products effectively based on guest preferences. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Driving sales by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable about product offerings. Utilizing store tools to track sales and manage inventory effectively. Sorting and pushing freight to the sales floor, fulfilling business needs promptly. Creating inspiring visual presentations that enhance the shopping experience. Maintaining product availability and organizing merchandise to create a welcoming environment. Re-merchandising based on sales patterns to engage guests and drive further interest. Assisting with price changes and clearance merchandising as needed. Ensuring fitting rooms and guest services are operating efficiently. Demonstrating a culture of safety, ethical conduct, and compliance. Performing other relevant duties based on business needs. Are open to a flexible schedule with various shifts, including nights and weekends. While we provide comprehensive training to prepare you as a Specialty Sales Consultant, certain skills should be present: A keen interest and understanding of style and fashion trends. A welcoming attitude towards guests and fellow team members. Basic technical skills to communicate effectively and operate store technology. Ability to maintain composure while multitasking in a busy environment. WHAT ELSE TO EXPECT Reliable handling of cash register operations. Ability to climb ladders safely. Capability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly, and heavier items (up to 44 pounds) occasionally. Flexibility to work various shifts, ensuring punctual attendance. Adaptability to changing temperatures and conditions throughout the store, especially during certain duties. Capacity to remain active throughout your assigned shift.
