Type: Full Time Salary: $90k - $130k/year Position SummaryAs a Geotechnical Project Manager you will spearhead small-to-large scale geotechnical construction projects from initial planning through delivery. You'll balance client engagement, safety, financial performance, and team coordination to ensure projects are successful, on time, and within budget—all while reinforcing the firm's reputation for exceptional service and craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Business DevelopmentBuild and nurture client relationships; identify new regional opportunitiesLead bid efforts, proposals, and contract negotiationsProject Planning & CoordinationCreate detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate engineering designs, procurement, subcontractors, and field activitiesExecution & Risk ManagementOversee field operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality executionAnticipate and mitigate risks, and effectively manage scope changesFinancial & Quality OversightTrack project performance, approve budgets and forecasts, monitor profit marginsChampion quality assurance and take corrective action when neededSafety LeadershipEnforce stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliancePromote a proactive safety culture in alignment with company values Mentorship & Team CollaborationLead project teams, mentor staff, and foster effective communication across all stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar fieldAt least 7–10 years of successful geotechnical or heavy civil construction project managementStrong track record managing complex construction projects with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, financial, and leadership skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
