This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 0-18 months. The Lead Teacher plans and implements curriculum, supports social–emotional development, maintains classroom organization, and builds strong partnerships with families.*Responsibilities:*· Plan and lead daily activities that support infant development· Ensure a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment· Observe, document, and assess children's progress· Communicate effectively with families and team members· Guide assistant teachers and model best practices· Follow licensing regulations, center policies, and health/safety procedures*Qualifications:*· EEC infant/Toddler certification· Experience working with infants in a group setting· Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills· Ability to lift, bend, and engage in active playJob Type: Full-time xmcpwfuPay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursementExperience:* Early Childhood Education: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* EEC Infant/Toddler certificate (Required)Work Location: In person
