At the Grand, culinary tradition meets new South innovation, creating unforgettable dining experiences that reflect the art of gastronomy.As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen by consistently producing high-quality food items for the hotel's restaurant outlets and banquets under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor or Sous Chef. This role requires careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
