Transactional contract paralegal assistant

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:• Supporting attorneys in the Legal Transactions group with transactional matters• Assist with corporate functions, Legal operations and Legal tools and resources• Managing tracking and reporting processes, such as contract management systems,document management systems and reporting on outside counsel matters and legalassignments• Manage high volume processes, such as registering NDAs, intaking legal assignmentsand overseeing outside counsel invoicing• With direction and oversight of attorneys, drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewingand supporting proposals, RFQs, LOIs, NDAs and similar processes, performingpost-execution contract reviews and providing summaries and coordinating appropriatecommercial and technical approvals• Assisting with implementing Legal policiesOther job functions may include:• Assisting with corporate functions, such as maintaining business registrations andformation records• Assisting with Legal operations, such as budgeting, data reporting, invoicing,management of Legal vendors and supporting department projects• Assisting with Legal tools and resources, such as contributing to forms, playbooks andpolicies, and coordinating adoption of software systems and legal support tools• Assisting with mentorship and training of junior paralegal staffThe essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment Skills Analytical Thinking (1 year of experience is required) Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required) Written Communication (2 years of experience is required) investigation (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
