In this role, you will cultivate referral relationships, manage your designated territory, and conduct comprehensive patient assessments, all while helping to drive growth through patient referrals. Your primary focus will include: Building and nurturing strong referral relationships with stakeholders such as prospective patients, family members, physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives. Streamlining the referral-to-admission process for efficiency. Educating community members and referral sources on our hospital programs and services. Utilizing market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth. Conducting professional presentations and in-services to various groups about our services and outcomes. Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification are required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience are preferred. Experience in nurse liaison or healthcare sales is a plus. CRRN certification is preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
