This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.Schedule: Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.Pay: $33-36/hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.Duration: Direct Hire or contractor.
