You will oversee the culinary execution of banquet events, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, timely service, and impeccable food quality and presentation. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising banquet kitchen staff, coordinating with event planners and culinary leadership, and maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency. Your expertise in large-scale food preparation, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help create memorable moments for our guests during weddings, conferences, and special occasions. Join us in delivering banquet experiences that reflect the elegance and excellence of our resort.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise and coordinate all culinary aspects of banquet events, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation and service. Lead and support banquet kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and stewards, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Banquets team to plan menus that meet event specifications, guest preferences, and dietary needs. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste across all banquet offerings. Manage inventory and ordering for banquet operations, minimizing waste and controlling costs. Uphold and enforce kitchen safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Provide training and mentorship to banquet culinary staff, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
