Job Title: Senior Manager, Private Client ServicesLocation: Manhattan, NYMy Client, a global Consultancy group are looking to hire a Private Client Tax Director to join to growth.Job Description:My Client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager specializing in Private Client services to join our dynamic team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and private clients on various tax matters. You will be responsible for providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maximizing tax efficiencies for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality tax services to private clientsProvide expert advice on complex tax matters, including estate planning, wealth transfer, and charitable givingDevelop and implement tax strategies tailored to individual client needsReview and oversee tax compliance, including preparation and review of individual, trust, and estate tax returnsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisorKeep abreast of tax laws and industry trends to provide proactive guidance to clientsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or JD/LLM preferredMust currently be working in a CPA FirmStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws related to individuals, trusts, and estatesProven leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and develop team membersExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Professional development opportunities and continued education support.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
