This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office.The ideal candidate brings approximately 10 years of experience, including substantial work on medium to large-scale commercial projects. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.About the RoleThe Senior Electrical Engineer serves as a departmental leader responsible for supervising day-to-day staff activities, providing technical mentorship, and supporting career development. This role includes oversight of projects from early concept through completion, with close coordination across multiple engineering disciplines. You will interface directly with clients, ensure technical excellence, guide project teams, and manage schedules to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position offers opportunities to work on a wide range of impactful and recognizable commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering efforts across multiple project phases, from concept through construction.Supervise and mentor engineering staff, providing both technical guidance and career development support.Manage medium to large-scale commercial projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive project solutions.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.10+ years of experience in an architecture/engineering (A/E) environment.Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects.Strong technical expertise within electrical engineering and working knowledge of related fields.
