While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, you may provide mentorship and training to entry-level technicians. Youll support multiple industrial facilities within the account, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running safely and efficiently./ppKey Responsibilities/pullistrongMaintenance:/strong Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work./lilistrongExecution:/strong Complete work orders as assigned by supervisors, ensuring all requests are documented and finalized properly./lilistrongWork Orders:/strong Respond to, execute, and close out requests in the CMMS system, recording accurate time, work performed, and materials used for tracking and billing./lilistrongSupport:/strong Provide general maintenance support across multiple facilities as needed./lilistrongSafety:/strong Follow all CW Services safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment./li/ulpBasic Qualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliMinimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field./liliGeneral knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment./liliAbility to perform repairs on basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems./liliStrong written and mathematical skills./lilistrongValid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle required./strong Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience or knowledge of HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS)./liliExperience or knowledge of plumbing systems./liliExperience or knowledge of Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems./liliExperience troubleshooting general building systems./li/ulpPhysical Demands/pulliAbility to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs./liliMust be able to move between departments and facilities throughout the workday./liliRegularly required to type and document work in a computerized maintenance system./liliWork may be performed in a warehouse or industrial setting with fluctuating temperatures./li/ulpWhy CW Services?/ppWere a global company with over 400 offices in 60 countries.
