Craft and Technical Solutions is a well-established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with a nationwide presence. We specialize in connecting skilled tradespeople with leading employers efficiently. Currently, we are seeking experienced Pipe Welders to join our team in Sturgeon Bay, WI Compensation: $40/hour along with a weekly per diem of $660. Job Overview: Expertly read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications. Perform welding tasks using Carbon 309, Stainless Steel Wired, and Copper Nickel (TIG) techniques. Work proficiently in 6GR welding positions. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in naval or commercial welding. Reliable transportation is a must. Knowledge of OSHA regulations pertinent to the shipbuilding industry. Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test and background check. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Physically capable of lifting 50lbs without assistance. Familiarity with ship layouts and compartment identification. Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics are required. Must be a US citizen.
