Are you a skilled General Surgeon seeking a flexible locum tenens opportunity? A medical facility near Redway, CA, is in need of a dedicated physician to join their team. This ongoing assignment offers an excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to provide essential care to the local community. Key Details Position: General Surgeon Locum Tenens Location: Near Redway, California Start Date: March 1, 2025 Assignment Type: Scheduled clinical hours only Shift Hours: 7:40 AM 3:30 PM Patients Per Shift: 8-10 Scope of Practice: Performing endoscopic procedures (40 scopes per week). FLURO experience preferred but not required. No inpatient or outpatient coverage required. Practice Setting Board certification in General Surgery required. No hospital or surgery center privileges needed. EMR System: Epic. No call duties. Requirements Active California medical license. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Minimum 90-day credentialing timeframe. Must be comfortable working independently in an inpatient setting. Additional Information Competitive compensation. Travel and lodging support provided.
