Senior MEP Coordinator

My client is a nationally recognized data center owner and developer with a strong footprint across the United States, including Texas, Chicago, and California. With more than 10 years in the industry, the firm has successfully delivered over 3 million square feet of data center projects, specializing in hyperscale, colocation, and cloud environments. They are seeking an experienced Data Center MEP Coordinator to oversee all MEP and commissioning activities across their hyperscale data center campuses in Dallas and Austin. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes from construction through commissioning and turnoverManage MEP contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design intent, schedule, and quality standardsOversee commissioning activities, including integrated systems testing and final acceptanceAct as the primary point of contact for MEP coordination with internal development teams and external stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate technical risks, drive issue resolution, and support change managementQualifications5 years of experience in data center constructionStrong background in MEP systems and commissioning for hyperscale or colocation data centersExperience working for an owner, developer, or large scale general contractor preferredThis is an exciting opportunity for an MEP professional looking to move into an owner side role with long term growth and exposure to large scale data center campuses.
