Hours are Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7:00am. May require some overtime and weekend hours.WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead responsibility for checking, assigning and delegating work for up to 20 subordinate regularand contract employees on all shifts. No final responsibility for hiring, firing or discipline.Use various testing devices, chemicals and material moving equipment according toappropriate guidelines and procedures.Demonstrate capacity to problem solve as issues arise, and elevate complex problems to theproduction manager as needed.Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork and generate production reports.Be responsible and accountable for the professional use of assigned work periods, machinery,equipment and tools.
