As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your core responsibility will be to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shopper needs are met effectively. Your duties will include building engaging displays and end caps, resetting shelves through product rotation, and tracking inventory to help maximize sales potential for both stores and suppliers.
