As a Salesfloor Clerk, you will work across multiple departments, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining a clean and safe store, and helping ensure our customers have a great shopping experience. You will report to the Store Manager and Department Managers and check in daily with the Person in Charge (PIC).Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceProvide prompt, friendly service and greet every customer warmly.Assist customers with questions, requests, and product guidance.Relay customer feedback to managers.Salesfloor & StockingStock shelves, endcaps, and displays, keeping products organized and visually appealing.Rotate stock, label items accurately, and report price discrepancies.Receive deliveries and ensure products are stored correctly.Assist with produce, grocery, and wellness stock as needed.Cashier DutiesCheck out customers efficiently and accurately, following store procedures.Bag and assist customers with purchases as needed.Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.Handle returns and ensure proper documentation.Close and balance cash drawers accurately at the end of your shift.Store Maintenance & SafetyKeep shelves, coolers, counters, and bins clean and orderly.Maintain bathrooms and department equipment in proper working order.Alert PIC or managers to safety concerns, shoplifting, equipment issues, or emergencies.Perform other tasks as needed to support smooth store operations.Physical RequirementsLift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.Work primarily indoors with some exposure to outdoor conditions.Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and lift regularly.Benefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offEmployee discounts (store and Blossom Bar)Flexible schedulingSupplemental bonus payEmployee co-op and incentive programsNote: Some benefits may have waiting periods and/or apply to full-time employees only.What We OfferBe part of a family-owned business with deep roots in Louisville's health and wellness community.Grow your career in a collaborative, positive, and supportive environment.Participate in fun staff events and community initiatives.Make a real difference every day-this isn't just a job, it's a community.EEO Statement Rainbow Blossom Natural Food Markets & Wellness Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
