Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY $500 Sign-on Bonus available after 180 days of employment (to be eligible for bonus employee must remain employed in full-time status for the full duration of payout period ) Sunstates Security is currently hiring full-time Armed Security Officers in the Richmond, VA area. This position offers a pay rate of $25/hr, paid weekly. This is a Corporate HQ and is very high visibility. High level professionalism, communication, and engagement. Must be able to Pass/Possess current licensing + pass a Psych Evaluation. Required Item(s): Active VA Armed License or Supporting Documents for Renewal 3-5+ Yr. Armed Security Experience (Corporate Security / HQ is a plus) Advanced Training; Combat, De-escalation, etc. Reliable Transportation (Not Easily Accessible via Metro) 1 st Aid / CPR / AED Schedules: Armed Officer (1) - 7 AM - 3 PM (40 HPW) Armed Officer (2) - 11 AM - 7 PM (40 HPW) Open / Flex Availability (Early or Late Departure) A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
