Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join their client's reputable financial institution in San Diego. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the commercial loan process. The Commercial Loan Processor will be responsible for ensuring that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, meeting the standards of the institution.ResponsibilitiesReviewing and verifying loan applications to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.Coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and other relevant parties to gather and process loan documentation.Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and documentation.Communicating with clients to obtain additional information or clarification on loan applications.Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies throughout the loan processing cycle.Assisting in the preparation of loan closing documents and coordinating the loan closing process.Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.Working collaboratively with team members to streamline loan processing procedures and improve efficiency.QualificationsEducation requirement is high; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of previous experience in commercial loan processingProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook is requiredExperience with Symitar, LaserPro and or LaserPro SBA is preferredEffective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Required Work HoursThe position requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. 8am-5pmBenefitsThe company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement.Additional DetailsSalary: $26 - $28 per hour, Contract role for 3 months in Scripps RanchAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
