$750 Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $23 - $30 Per Hour Job Description At Intercare Therapy, we provide evidence-based behavioral therapies that empower children facing challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. We are passionate about our work, and we seek Behavioral Program Managers who share our dedication to improving the lives of children and families affected by autism. A Behavioral Health or ABA Program Manager will serve as the on-site case supervisor and leader, honing daily case management skills, developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Instructors, and providing education and training for client caregivers. Candidates must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles daily and be available to supervise client sessions between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability.
