Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adapt treatment goals as needed. Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in practice. Qualifications We're Looking For: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience in supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
