Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, split systems, and ventilation equipment. Perform routine inspections to reduce downtime and prevent unexpected equipment failures. Educate customers on equipment operation, safety, and preventive maintenance schedules. Lead or assist with system rebuilds, retrofits, and equipment upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, inventory usage, timecards, and work orders. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and EPA regulations. Qualifications & Requirements 2-3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (retail, industrial, or commercial settings preferred). HVAC certification, trade school training, or equivalent hands-on experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
