If you're looking for a place where your skills make a difference and you can build a rewarding career, Bauer Built offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that's built to last.What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including air and hydraulic brakes, steering and suspension components, wheel seals, and other related systems. Perform vehicle alignments as assigned. Deliver high-quality, timely repairs that build customer trust and encourage repeat business. Operate and maintain mobile mechanic truck to perform service work on-site as needed. Utilize and maintain shop service equipment, including lifts and other tools. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. What You Bring: Valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record (within 3 years), CDL preferred or willingness to obtain. Prior experience in heavy-duty mechanical repair preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
