We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Shift Leader to become a vital part of our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operations including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness. Train and nurture team members to ensure they provide top-notch service. Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain high quality standards. Implement strategies to boost sales and achieve financial objectives. Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with fellow Shift Leaders and management to refine processes and procedures. Qualifications: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food or Hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
