Kindly find the below details.Job Title: Salesforce Technical LeadJob Location: Boston - Massachusetts (Hybrid)Type: ContractJob DescriptionThis role involves the oversight of all technical aspects of the dev teamThis includes making architectural and design decisions guiding the team in technical matters and supervising system modificationsThere is an 80 focus on the Ecosystem troubleshooting technical issues involving Dev engineering tasks and product releasesThe other 20 will be dedicated to triaging and resolving incidents requiring a quick turnaround in Prod MINCs P1Additional Role Responsibilities:Review and propose technical recommendations provide general oversight including upgrades for special projectsIdentify technical design risksWork with HBS IT PM to assess LOE for solutionsDocument detailed technical solutionsChallenge current business processes to ensure alignment and scalability of SalesforceDefine a sequence of associated technical tasksOwn lead technical reviews and perform code reviews of technical deliverablesOversee maintain complete technical documentationServe as a liaison between Dev team and business stakeholders as the owner of the technical solutionLead Copado QA and adhoc support during deployments in any sandbox or Prod orgPrep execute data loads and mass data updates leveraging Data Loader as needed for Prod deploymentCollaborate with Functional Lead to develop and align on technical feasibility of proposed solutionsEnsure high quality deliverables that align with Salesforce best practices
