To qualify, candidates must meet and continue to meet the eligibility criteria for each benefit offered. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma required. Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Food Safety certification: Serve Safe certified. ADA Statement: In performing your duties, counter areas may be hot, with steam from the food. Working spaces can be limited, with employees often required to stand for long periods. Employees will be preparing hot and cold foods and using kitchen equipment, including a Chinese cook knife, while maintaining speed and accuracy. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for four hours, and reach across counters measuring 36 inches is essential. Employees must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong verbal communication, adaptability to shifting priorities, and conflict management skills.
