Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective delivery of services. Perform assessments and tailor treatment goals to meet client needs. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success. Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in all practices. Compensation and Work Schedule: Pay Rate: $90 - $100/hour Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available: 36 hours/week or less Shifts: Flexible based on your availability Location: New Jersey Qualifications for the Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required. Experience in supervising RBTs and executing ABA programs is essential.
