Hofmann's is looking for an Engineering Consultant & Project Manager, where you'll provide consulting and project management services for facility and infrastructure projects. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership, focusing on building enclosure systems and other engineering tasks. You'll manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, and work both in the field and office, 50/50 split.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field investigations, inspections, and testing for building enclosure systems and other structures.Prepare engineering analyses, calculations, and reports.Lead project management from start to finish, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.Facilitate communication among clients, teams, and contractors.Promote safety standards and maintain quality control.Business Development Support:Assist in preparing proposals and identifying service expansion opportunities. Seller Doer Model.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Science (Master’s preferred).5+ years of relevant experience (or 9+ years in lieu of a degree).Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. xhmxlyz PE license, RA, or similar certification preferred.
