ATR International is seeking a Senior Staff Camera and Video Editor for a major client in San DiegoFind out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Location: San Diego, CAHourly Rate: $75.00Contract & Part Time | Project BasedJob Duties: Work with other designers, editors, producers, and clients to comprehend the project goals and expectationsWork with director to plan all aspects of shotsExcellent theoretical knowledge of filming and capturing footage with RED camerasKnow and apply the technical features of lenses, film, filters, light and camera settings to each shotHandle cameras, lighting and audio equipment for field and studio productionsMake sure that the multimedia content follows the quality standards and guidelines of the company and the clientsSupport the Client with multimedia production, including setting up, maintaining and fixing the video equipmentEdit footage as neededQualifications: At least 3 years of experience in camera operation or a related roleSkillful in using various software and tools for production, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, REDCINE-X Pro, etc.Excellent theoretical knowledge of RED camera operation, lighting, and audio capturing techniquesCreative and artistic skills, with a good sense of aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clientsStrong technical skills for troubleshooting equipment issuesBenefitsFull-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
