This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a well-established business with a strong reputation for service, stability, and internal progression.You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced Import department of 45 specialists, contributing your expertise to ensure smooth end-to-end management of ocean import operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full A–Z ocean import cycle, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all shipments.Coordinate with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.Prepare and process all relevant documentation.Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any issues.Maintain accurate data entry and file management.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the import process.Required ExperienceDemonstrated A–Z ocean import experience within a freight forwarding environment.Strong working knowledge of CargoWise is essential.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a busy, team-focused office environment. xhmxlyz Why Apply?Join a respected industry leader with a supportive and structured teamCompetitive salary depending on experience: $60–70kStandard working hours: 8:30am–4:30pmReal opportunities for internal development and long-term growthIf you’re an experienced Ocean Import professional looking to advance your career within a reputable and expanding organization, we’d love to hear from you.
