Opportunity to lead a team of 8 professionals, including 3 supervisors, and shape credit operations across multiple business units. Hybrid after 90 days of service, transitioning into a 3 day on-site work week. Key Responsibilities: Oversee credit and collections for multiple business units, ensuring minimal bad debt losses. Direct credit supervisors and analysts in evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting credit limits. Manage collection strategies to maintain overdue accounts below target levels (2.00%). Develop and implement credit policies, SOP compliance, and process improvements. Provide monthly reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: 10+ years of credit and collections experience in a commercial environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. xhmxlyz Strong knowledge of U.S. Bankruptcy laws and credit risk management.
