This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on technical lead in the design, development, and implementation of control systems for high-performance industrial equipment.Key Responsibilities:Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for custom machinery.Develop HMI and SCADA solutions to ensure intuitive operation and system visibility.Create detailed electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD or similar tools.Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to deliver integrated system solutions.Support troubleshooting, testing, and on-site commissioning activities.Lead technical discussions with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment on project specifications and deliverables.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in system architecture, safety compliance, and automation standards.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.5+ years of experience designing and implementing industrial control systems.Proficiency with major PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).Experience with HMI/SCADA development and industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).Strong understanding of control panel design and electrical standards (UL508A, NFPA 79).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits and commissioning.Desirable:Experience in machinery manufacturing or capital equipment environments. xhmxlyz Familiarity with motion control, robotics, or vision systems.
