The role focuses on delivering technical training for vehicle technicians and material coordinators, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to maintain and repair vehicles effectively.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Execution: Deliver training for new hires and ongoing learning initiatives, ensuring that the Fleet Maintenance Team can diagnose and repair AV vehicles to company standards.Ongoing Learning: Facilitate continuous learning and upskilling opportunities for technicians and material coordinators.Training Needs Assessment: Work with the Lead Instructor and site leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.Program Management: Take ownership of the vehicle technician training program.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3+ years in AV or technical fields, combined with teaching or coaching experience.Training Expertise: Strong experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, particularly in AV-related fields.Operations Support: Experience working directly with operations teams, with a focus on training and performance improvement.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, and travel to support sites.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.Work Conditions:Location: Austin, TXWork Schedule: Full-time; flexibility may be required depending on operational needs. xhmxlyz Compensation & Benefits: Full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
