The platform specializes in asset-based lending (ABL), specialty finance, and private credit, offering investors access to differentiated opportunities in private markets. As a Private Credit Senior Associate, you will work on a lean deal team, gaining extensive hands-on transaction experience across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio management.The Private Credit Senior Associate will be responsible for:Execution of broader market and industry researchFinancial modeling, valuation analysis, and returns analysis for various investment targetsTake point on due diligence processesMonitor existing investment portfolioAssisting the team with operating/portfolio company workThe Private Credit Senior Associate should have the following qualifications:1-3 years of Investment Banking experience performing M&A with a reputable xhmxlyz middle market or lower middle market bank; related transaction advisory consulting experience will also be considered2-4 years of Middle Market Private Credit experienceBachelor's DegreeSuperior financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills (there will be a modeling test)Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional work ethicPrior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing and/or consumer
