You'll work as a member of a close team to form the backbone of the broad security services Inter-Con provides its valued clients every day. Specific benefits include: Competitive Pay at $21.45 per hour Recognition and Reward Programs Training and Career Development Opportunities for Medical, dental, Holidays, vacation and sick, and 401 (k) retirement plan Uniform and equipment provided Additional benefits vary depending on position Expected Responsibilities: Patrol on foot or vehicle observing and maintaining the security protectionincluding at client facilities, Prevent the public and unauthorized individuals from entering all restricted areasof Client facilities and right-of-ways. Prepare and submit security reports and provide assistance to investigators as required Respond effectively to all calls for assistance. Must be sensitive to client's culture and strive to maintain a positive client brand image. Treat Client's employees, invitee's, and guest with the utmost courtesy and respect. Qualifications: Must possess a Current TexasArmed Guard Card/Level 3 Must possess a valid TexasDriver's License/State ID Must be 21 years or older May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as: standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50lbs. and running. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Speak, read, and write English.
