This contract opportunity spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible with an end date of May 22, 2026. The role is on-site only and offers approximately 37.5 hours per week with caseload details to be confirmed.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct behavioral interventions under supervision, supporting students with a range of behavioral needs across the K-12 spectrum.Implement behavior plans and collect data to monitor student progress.Collaborate with educators, families, and behavior specialists to optimize student outcomes.Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.Qualifications:National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.Location:Mansfield, TexasOn-site work onlySchool site to be determinedThis contract role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact supporting students behavioral and educational growth.
