Execute routine R&D sample testing for pipeline projects. Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC/UHPLC and Karl Fischer. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic notebooks. Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate results effectively. Follow EHS, GMP, and R&D lab safety standards. Must Have: Hands-on analytical laboratory experience (academic or industry). Prior work in GMP or R&D lab environments, including safety and EHS awareness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain multiple lab areas (5S mindset). Proficiency with HPLC/UHPLC and Karl Fischer instrumentation. Strong documentation and communication skills. Preferred: Experience supporting analytical testing in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
