Prime Time Solutions, a high-energy sales firm, is hiring a Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to represent Verizon FiOS across Worcester. You’ll be out in the field, engaging with real people, answering real questions, and occasionally pretending not to hear someone say, “I think my router is haunted.” As a Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the walking, talking billboard for Verizon FiOS — minus the cardboard and awkward silence. Your mission is to execute high-impact sales strategies that boost brand awareness, spark interest, and generate new customer leads. The Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist will be out in the field, engaging with the public, answering questions, and occasionally dodging conspiracy theories about internet signals. Role Requirements for a Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist Represent Verizon FiOS professionally and showcasing its value, sparking interest and sales. Set up and break down branded displays like a seasoned pro who’s wrestled with more than one rogue banner stand. Share clear, engaging info about Verizon FiOS services and qualify leads without needing a decoder ring. Guide new customers through enrollment while keeping your cool, your tablet charged, and your eye-rolls internal. Collaborate with the marketing team to hit event goals and keep the energy high, even when the playlist loops for the third time. xhmxlyz Maintain a professional presence while navigating unpredictable public interactions — yes, even when someone asks if FiOS works better during a thunderstorm.
