AI Engineers and AI Linguists work together to impact positively on the LinkedIn feed experience, personalized content recommendation, ads relevance and more.We are seeking AI Linguists to join our diverse and interdisciplinary team to focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation and to contribute with their expertise to the annotation/human judgment pipeline development that lay at the foundation of the LinkedIn AI model development and improvement.We trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.Location –Sunnyvale, CA or Mt. View, CA (Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday Onsite)Responsibilities:Design and execute on solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotationLeverage Generative AI prompting, human input, hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflowsConduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project developmentBe part of working groups that develop high-quality human judgment/annotation/evaluation pipelinesResearch new methodologies for process and product improvementMaximize productivity, process efficiency and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, documentationPerform continuous evaluations of the agentic products and report findingsBasic Qualifications:B.S./B.A Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science or a related field.2+ years relevant industry experience. xhmxlyz 2+ years experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training/evaluation of AI models2+ years experience to breakdown linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs2+ years experience programming in PythonPreferred Qualifications:MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics or a related field.Previous experience with agentic products is a strong plusExperience with human judgment projects and flowsExperience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluationsExperience with programming languages in data annotation spaceExcellent comprehension and written communication skills in EnglishSuggested Skills:Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technologyCompensation: $48.65 - $57.12 Hourly (W2/Non-Exempt)Req# 16198
