Youll help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.You will: Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Track progress through accurate session data and notes Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success Stay physically active during sessions sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.Training & Certification Support We provide paid onboarding training 40-hour RBT course included Youll be mentored and supervised every step of the way No RBT certification yet? No problem well help you get thereWhat Were Looking For Passion for working with children and helping others grow High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism Already certified as an RBT? Great Not yet? Well support your path to certificationSchedule & Hours Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available Afternoon and after-school sessions (MondayFriday; weekends as needed) 1525+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needsPay & Perks Hourly Pay Range: $23$29/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification) Paid training Flexible scheduling Increased pay when you become a certified RBT Paid time off (PTO) License/certification support Employee referral bonuses Ongoing supervision and career growth supportReady to Apply?
