The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, licensed to practice in Florida and must possess excellent writing, organizational and analytical skills along with a strong work ethic. As an Associate Attorney, you will contribute to our firm’s mission of providing exceptional and efficient legal services to our clients with the resources and sophistication of a large firm combined with the individualized attention and responsiveness of a laid-back boutique.*Key Responsibilities** Handling civil litigation cases including drafting pleadings, administering depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, writing motions, making court appearances, arguing motions, participating in trials, interviewing witnesses, drafting agreements, negotiating settlements, and attending mediations, and arbitrations.* Effective communication with clients and all parties involved in matters.* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.*Skills** Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced law office environment or remotely while managing multiple tasks efficiently.* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all legal work.If interested in working in either a beautiful office in Old Town Key West or remotely, we invite you to apply to become a member of our team.Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $90,000.00 - $170,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Relocation assistanceApplication Question(s):* While we prefer attorneys to work in the office, we are open to experienced remote attorney.
