About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding standard product orders. You’ll handle order entry, provide updates, and resolve inquiries while working closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.ResponsibilitiesEnter customer orders accurately and efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries via phone and emailFollow up on incomplete or pending ordersReceive and process serial-tracked items for recertificationCollaborate with internal departments and external sales representativesPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementAbility to multitask and work independentlyProblem-solving skills
