About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Principal Applications Engineer with a strong background in mass spectrometry and gas analyzers to support customers, solve technical challenges, and provide high-level applications expertise.This position requires a hands-on professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical depth, and the ability to work directly with customers to resolve instrumentation-related queries. Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in analytical instrumentation, including mass spectrometers and gas analyzersAbility to engage with customers, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide application-level supportFamiliarity with semiconductor manufacturing processesSelf-motivated and proactive in customer interaction and problem-solvingWillingness to travel for customer visits, installations, or support needs Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Electronics / Electrical background highly preferred) Requirements U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Strong experience in mass spectrometry / gas analysis instrumentation Customer-facing experience Semiconductor process knowledge Ability to travel for onsite supportIf you have the passion to work with advanced instrumentation, support high-tech customers, and be part of a fast-moving engineering environment, we’d love to connect with you.
