Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk: Perform 3-way matching and process vendor invoices accurately. The Accounting Clerk will enter subcontractor invoices and maintain organized records. Reconcile accounts monthly and ensure accuracy in all financial data. The Accounting Clerk will manage vendor accounts in compliance with company policies. Handle customer billing, invoicing, and collections follow-up. The Accounting Clerk will assist with month-end closing activities. Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable. 2+ years of recent experience in the construction industry preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. xhmxlyz Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
