We’re looking for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional HVAC Service for residential and light commercial clients. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus to support our streamlined operations. If you’re committed to quality, thrive in a diverse and collaborative environment, and want year-round work with unbeatable benefits, Spencer Home Services is the place for you Responsibilities* Senior Service HVAC experience and have a depth of knowledge of HVAC Service and troubleshooting.* Work closely with the comfort advisers, installation manager, warehouse manager, and installation apprentices to complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.* Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.* Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.* Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.* Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.* Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.* Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.* Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.* Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.*Qualifications ** Required: Minimum 8 years of hands-on Residential HVAC Service, motivated individuals with less experience may be considered with a commitment to training.* Experience: EPA Certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.* Skills: Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams; proficient with ductwork, piping, and electrical connections.* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred; willingness to learn our online booking system required.* Soft Skills: Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
