This role ensures that projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The SPM leads project teams, manages risk, and upholds company standards, acting as the key point of accountability for both internal and external stakeholders. As a master of all phases of project execution—from first client introduction to final closeout—the SPM confidently and independently leads at least one significantly complex project while mentoring less-experienced project managers, modeling client trust-building and professional excellence. This includes managing the pace and technical demands common in industrial environments such as manufacturing, cold storage, food and beverage distribution, and logistics facilities.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Prior experience managing industrial construction projects is a must. Experience guiding design-build delivery methods, from conceptual stage to project completion. 10-12+ years of progressive project management experience. Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets > $10M. Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management platforms (Procore, CMiC, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
